AOL users having problems with ICS
We have become aware that some AOL users are experiencing problems using ICS. Most of them report that they keep being re-directed back to the same survey over and over.
If you are experiencing this problem, please write to us at instantcashsweepstakes@gmail.com and let us know which version of Internet Explorer you are running AOL on.
In the meantime, we encourage you to access ICS through a different browser, outside of AOL. Some other browsers that ICS can support are Google Chrome, Safari, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer 7 and 8.

How do I determine the version of Internet Explorer I have?
You can upgrade to the most recent version of Internet Explorer® by going to AOL® Keyword: Browser. This keyword can only be accessed using the AOL® software. Please note that some applications are only compatible with certain versions of Microsoft® Internet Explorer.
To determine the version of Internet Explorer installed on your computer, do the following:
1. Click Start, select Programs or All Programs, and then click Internet Explorer.
2. Click the Help menu, and then click About Internet Explorer.
3. Next to Version, the first number that appears (example: 5, 6, 7, or 8) indicates the version of Internet Explorer installed on your computer.
Please note: ICS does not support Internet Explorer Version 6

Upgrade My Web Browser
The latest Internet Explorer is offered on the AOL® service.
To upgrade your browser:
1. Sign on to the AOL service.
2. Go to AOL® Keyword: Browser.
Note: If you already have the latest version of Internet Explorer, you’ll see a message saying that you already have the latest browser. If this appears, do not continue with these instructions.
3. Click the Upgrade button.
4. Note the approximate download time, then click the Download Now button.
Note: The browser update, namedswsetup.exe, will download and install automatically. When you are prompted to restart your computer, click the OK button.
Please note: ICS does not support Internet Explorer Version 6
